Compliance and Enforcement Appeals
Who Can Appeal
A person who is the subject of a stop work order, determination, remediation order or penalty, may appeal to the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC). The ALC Practice Directive, with respect to appeals, provides further guidance with regard to appeals under section 55 of the Agricultural Land Commission Act.
